Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We will accept returns of any item that you ordered within 7 days of you receiving it and refund you the full purchase price of the item provided it is unused and it’s sealed original packaging.

After 7 days and up to 30 days after receiving your order, we will accept exchanges on defective or damaged products or issue store credit if your product is in an unused condition and in its original packaging. 

If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately,  we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We will then be happy to assist with and honour all manufacturer's warranties on items purchased with us.  Please feel free to contact us should you have any specific inquiries about warranty periods.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We'll only exchange items if they're defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need to swap it for the same item, email us at info@toolcraft.co.za.

In the rare event that you do receive a defective product, we'll arrange the product collection from you at no cost. Once we've checked the product and confirmed your return meets our policy requirements, we'll either replace it ASAP ( if we have the same item in stock ) or refund you the purchase price. 

It is important to note that if your return is not approved, you will be liable for the shipping cost to get the product back to you. 

The provided terms below outline several scenarios that would not be considered defects and therefore would not entitle you to an exchange or refund:

Normal Wear and Tear: Damage that naturally occurs as a result of using the product over time.

Negligence, User Abuse, or Incorrect Usage: Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or lack of proper care by the user.

Electrical Surges or Sea Air Corrosion: Damage resulting from sudden increases in electrical current or corrosion due to exposure to sea air.

Failure to Adequately Care for the Product: Damage caused by not following proper care and maintenance instructions.

Unauthorized Alterations: Damage resulting from modifications made to the product without authorization.

Supplier Warranty (if applicable)

Please be advised that any supplier warranty is subject to the terms and conditions established by the respective supplier or manufacturer. These conditions are typically outlined in accompanying brochures or leaflets found within or on the product packaging. You must familiarise yourself with such terms and conditions.

Furthermore, it is important to note that any recourse provided to you is at the sole discretion of the supplier or manufacturer. BPM Toolcraft bears no obligation to extend credit or provide repair/replacement options, as remedial measures are determined solely by the supplier or manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will notify you as soon as your refund has been actioned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you paid with a credit card, it might take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If you still haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first recheck your bank account.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
